Member Engagement- Traci Klein
Traci Klein represents the Des Moines Westside Chamber as Member Engagement Coordinator. Traci's mission is to connect with current and prospective members and help find ways for the Chamber to bring them value. This could be through encouraging attendance at events, providing member feedback to the board, and facilitating connections between members, prospective members, and the board.
Traci is a longtime member of the Des Moines Westside Chamber, and has been a member of the Des Moines business community with her prior career spanning over 22 years at Notary Rotary.

Social Media Administrator - Delaney Henry
Delaney hails from Savage, Minnesota, and is a 2024 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Drake University! With a degree in Marketing and a minor in Music, Delaney currently works as a Social Media Marketing Specialist with a local hospitality group in Des Moines. During her time in college, Delaney served as an intern for the Des Moines West Side Chamber, and she now moonlights as our Social Media Administrator!

Administrative Intern- Jacque Gariepy
Jacque joined the Des Moines West Side Chamber in April of 2025 as our Administrative Intern. Originally from Glenview, IL, Jacque is currently a junior at Drake University, majoring in Marketing with minors in Data Analytics and Management. He brings valuable experience from his time working with the Glenview Chamber of Commerce in 2024. Jacque is also a former Illinois all-state athlete and a former football player at Drake.
